Last updated 18 October 2026

Plate Log is a free gym logbook. It is run by an individual, not a company, and this version is a small test. This page explains in plain language what the app stores about you and why.

What is stored

How it is used

Only to run the app: to show your log, keep it in sync between your devices, sign you in, and send the confirmation and password-reset emails you ask for. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising, and there are no analytics or tracking cookies.

Who handles it

As the person who runs the app, the owner has administrator access to the database. That access is for keeping the app working, not for reading individual logs.

Without an account

If you choose Continue without an account, your log stays only in this browser. It is not uploaded anywhere. Clearing your browser data erases it, so export a CSV first if you want a copy.

Your choices

Children

Plate Log is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top of this page will change. Paid features may be added later, and this page will be updated before that happens.

Contact

For questions or to ask for your data to be deleted, contact the person who gave you the link to Plate Log.
